Today, I went to work as the zoo needed help..because of a _________ black sponsor coming,so i had to give commentary to him. I started work at 8.45am, around 3pm, there was this group of Arab people boarded my boat and then they started creating trouble. Created lots of noise and disturbing all my guest on board, Althought i was angry but i could not do anything but to only keep quiet and try to make them quiten down. But this group of guys shouted back and scolded some vulgarities to make me shut up. All i could do was to keep quiet because we had to maintain a good service to my guest. After they left the boat,i was cursing and swearing at them. But why are human always cursing and swearing when something has gone wrong. Is it a human instinct?
